The staff is friendly and extremely hardworking making sure to go the extra mile so we have the best time. Some of the teens even play with the kids at the earthquake section making the trip worth it. Ive been going since day one and i can defiantly say its worth the trip. Although i do miss old managers Shan and Tina, but on the other hand Juan and Daisy are as nice and helpful. I am more than happy to spend my money at a place where i know its going to a good cause and good people. Keep up the good work jumpstreet!
The place was dirty (crumbs on the floor, did not seam like they clean the carpets), and understaffed (seven sections for the older kids and a separate area for younger kids. There were three staff members for all of it.) For the price I would like to have full access to all the areas. Infact I would not have paid for two hours if I would have known my kids would be just about ready to leave in 45 minutes. They do ask for a lot of personal information such as name, address, email, phone number even if you will be staying to supervising your own children. They also charge the supervising adult but give a bottle of water in return.
It's fun. My kids really like it. I wish there was a way to control the rude kids. Id like to see them work on that. Besides that a fun place
Loved it! Good place for kids and you get bogo 1hr jump time before 6pm.
My little cousin had a birthday at Jumpstreet, and she couldn't don't do anything because of her age. She was turning 6! You had to be 8 or older to do pretty much everything and it wasn't fair. It said you had to be occampanied by someone 12 or older. (I'M 13!) So she had a really crappy birthday because she couldn't jump. We did all the stuff she COULD do, and we just weren't satisfied. This place is terrible.
