Disrespectful ladies working here. They’re lucky I didn’t get their names over the phone. I don’t care about your views on whatever book I’m asking for. And I didn’t ask for your EXTRA insight. I asked for a magazine and all you have to do is see if you have it. Don’t criticize the person on the magazine. I see why I go to Barnes and Noble.
I wish i could take back the one star and give this terrible place negative 5. I am a frequent shopper and a discount card holder (that i paid for) but none of this makes one bit of differrence. I was sent on Thursday a discount for 20% off my entire purchase and when i get to the store they say...sorry this is expired. it was for last week. once again i got it 2 days ago. The Manager says.. there is nothing i can do about it.sorry. this to me is not customer service. you may be right all day long but now you have a customer that remembers one thing AMAZON serves the customer and gives discounts to make the customer happy...
