I had an amazing experience buying a car from here! I was a lost puppy moving to Katy from NY. trying to purchase a car while my husband was away which was pretty stressful.
We will be shopping for our second truck from these guys aswell.
I know the cars were used and as is but damn. We spent a lot of money on these cars already. And it irritates me that I'm having so many problems and I barely made my first car note. Such a huge disappointment. We are no longer happy with these vehicles.
Pretty dirty place. Every time I drive by I wonder how they even sell any cars. Watch out on their financing too. They might get you.
Robert helped us without pressure and was just honest about the vehicle- honesty is so important when buying a used car. He didn't try to 'sale us' with false promises. A used car is a USED car! He said if we ever need a mechanic for this or another vehicle, he knows honest mechanics. He even bought our old clunker so we would not have to deal with junking it. I believe him to be a good man and honest sales guy. So all I can say is thanks!
Please make sure you thoroughly inspect your vehicles before purchasing. Sure they go above and beyond to get you in the car you want, but after that... good luck...
My experience with Katy Auto Group has been by far, the most pleasant one that I've had purchasing a vehicle. It was a quick process because most of our transactions were done through email or text. When i got there- test drove the jeep, loved it, paid and signed, and then I was done. On the other hand, my friend /ride up there fell in love with one of the vehicles on the lot. And even though her credit was not ideal, Katy Auto Group was still able to help her and even gave her a fair price on her trade-in. We went for one vehicle and left with two. Though it took a little more time, it was worth it and we're both happy. Thanks again Michael!
After traveling from dealer to dealer (Carmax; Honda; etc) they were soo pushy I just did not trust any of them! Then I heard about Katy Auto Group and met with Michael and Robert who were genuine and made me feel comfortable in making a decision. They helped me find exactly what I wanted and needed for my family. Their prices are fantastic and for any budget.
My jeep, well had missing suspension parts, broken suspension parts, and when I took it in to get that repaired they discovered both front axle joints were broke and the upper ball joint was broke. Today when I got home from work my radiator was leaking.
My girlfriend's touchscreen randomly stops working and will randomly start working again a day later. Her radio also has a safety feature for young learning drivers that only allows the radio to be turned halfway up, at the most. And will completely turn off the radio if everyone isn't buckled in. There's also an annoying alarm when you reach 65mph. This safety feature can't be disabled because we weren't given the unprogrammed key.
