When I finally got my van, a Kia Sedona, which is not nearly as desirable for a roas trip with the family as the options i had been told i would have available. The Kia only has 40,000 miles on it, but the seats are stained, and is smells like animals, and it wasn't cleaned very well before my rental. I am leaving today so I don't have any other options but to take this on vacation for 8 days.

I dropped off a rental car at this location after picking it up at another location in Sugar Land. Minimal interaction at the time of the drop off. I later discovered that I had left my insurance card in the rental so called the location back. The agent said he had already sent the car to another location. I asked for the number of the other location so I could call to make sure they shredded the insurance card. He said I didn't need to do that as they would automatically do that and had probably already rented the vehicle out. It would have been very easy for him to volunteer to call them or give me the number to do that. If he had done that then I would have given a 5 star post on them. It's those little things that elevate a location to exceptional.

My car was in service at the Auto Nation Ford on the property, and I informed them of that so I can receive the dealership rate. However, that didn't happen. They were trying to charge me $70/day for a Chevy Spark (economy car), but I challenged it and then they changed it to $35.99/day. I am very upset because I called the dealership and the rate should have been $26/day. They are trying to take advantage of customers which is sad.

I booked a minivan 2 weeks ago for our family vacation. I called on Wednesday to see if they could tell me what kind of vehicle I would be getting and to see if they offered one with a DVD player. They do not offer a vehicle with an entertainment option, which was fine. I was told I would probably get a Toyota sienna or dodge caravan which I was ok with.

I waited 45 minutes to receive a dirty car. I told the agent I'd be leaving my vehicle on the lot. At no point did he mention that the location locked the gates at closing. I was unable to retrieve my vehicle until the following evening (I had to take an Uber to work); forcing me to reschedule the movers that were arriving that day. Well, eneded up the movers weren't available at the time I'd arrive after making the trip to get my car, so I had to reschedule the movers (extra fees attached) until the next day. Very frustrating experience.

This is the worst enterprise location I've ever been to. We got there a little later than expected and there wasn't anyone at the counter and we waited for about 10 minutes. The guy finally came in with another customer and then walked back outside. I walked outside to try to get service on my phone and saw him laughing and joking with what looked like some of his friends that were leaving. He walks back in and helps the other customer and then takes our information but tells us there will be a $350 hold placed on our card. I have never rented a car and had more than $250 held at the very most. We left and went to Hertz HLE on katy freeway and it was so fast and about the same price and they put a $200 hold. I used to love Enterprise, but ever since I've used Hertz I don't think I will ever use another rental company again.

I called Friday an hour before my pickup time to make sure everything was ready and was told everything was ready to go. I showed up 15 minutes early and nobody was there, 5 minutes after my appointment someone showed up and started dealing with the customers who were ahead of me that had been waiting.

I have used Enterprise a lot for work vehicles and never had this issue, maybe it is only on personal rentals, or maybe just this location, but I'll rent elsewhere in the future.
