He is often on site supervising and has project managers who supervise along with him. His subcontractors are polite, hard working, arrive when scheduled, and have done excellent work. He responds to phone calls, texts, and emails immediately. We have found Luis to be professional, knowledgeable, and honest and recommend him without hesitation.
Luis, I have tried to reach you to get you to finish my son's house but you are not responding. You owe me a door and one of the windows you installed is leaking. You stated you have a warranty but if I can't reach you how can you cover the warranty.

I had water damage due to broken plumbing in an upstairs bathroom. I had to replace flooring, sheet rock, the vanity, a custom built bookshelves, etc. The damage was quite extensive. And since I had damage to almost half of my home I decided to upgrade all the floors in my house. Luis was very professional and a pleasure to work with. As were all of the various crews that came to perform all the different construction repairs.
had them install an outdoor kitchen at my home in north houston which turned out great, and they did a really good job of working with my crazy schedule as well. Plan on using them again for some more outdoor projects.
