Since the gym is an area that's still being built out, there's never too many people here even during the traditional busy hours of 6 pm - 8 pm on weekdays. I've been coming here for a month now and have never had to wait for a machine to open up. I'd strongly recommend checking out the classes offered here.
Best 24 Hour Fitness I've ever been to! The facility is new and all the equipment is still in great condition. The staff members are nice and helpful. The other gym goers are considerate and I've never seen weights lying around on the ground.
Very clean and nice staff. Fairly new and doesn't get crowded too often.
I LOVE this location it's my favorite one out of all of them. Has all the most current machines, love the setup, and the steam / sauna is always clean! And everyone the front desk always greets you

The amenities are nice (towel service alone is worth it) and it even rivals places like Lifetime and Equinox, but at a much better price point. For $35/month, I get to use a gym that feels like it should cost $100/month. However, the sales staff is pretty aggressive. Signing up here can take about an hour as they keep trying to upsell you on hiring personal trainers. But it's not enough to ruin their 5 star rating (in my opinion).
Please allow me a moment to say that the facility is incredible. Clean, well lit, abundant parking and spacious. The reason for the single star is due to two reasons. The best offer for their "military discount" was to waive the enrollment fees when in reality, any new contract (military affiliated or not) had the fees deferred to a later date. Everyone pays an annual fee irrespective of the length of time you've been a member. Secondly, I elected to hire a trainer that would assist with workout selection, diet and a few other benefits. This costed just shy of $2000 and yet I was unable to get a reliable email with my workouts sent to me and there was essentially no follow through beyond the days when he'd receive payment for services rendered. To that end, I was thoroughly disappointed and was given the run around to have my funds reimbursed. Eventually I did have to file a complaint with my credit card company before Caesar stepped in and had this all straightened out.
