This was a horrible experience! The staff and nurse were kind however after spending $1300.00 NOTHING looks different with exceptions of bruises.
I love everything Ageless med spa has done from me! All the employees know what they are doing! I have done multiple services here and I will keep going! I want to especially thank Katie for being so friendly and helpful! Also, thank you Danielle for being so informational and taking the time to tell me about each procedure! I will be back soon for my laser hair removal!
I then went to a consult at a plastic surgeon's office that does the same procedure and spoke with someone again about CoolSculpting. By now, I didn't trust it or believe in it, (I was in the office for a different procedure). She said that anything I could pinch, should've been gone from the procedure (which it wasn't). She asked me which piece they used and I told her that they used the flat panel on both procedures. She said that they should have never used that piece on my stomach. Of course the plastic surgeon was much more pricey, but in the end I threw away around $1200-$1300 at Ageless Med Spa... I will NEVER go there again.
I then decided to contact them and I went in for another consult, the lady looked at my before and after pictures and said that there was a small difference. I think she saw something I didn't. She pretty much said, "sorry" there's nothing we can do... I then asked for the manager to call me, which never happened..
I would definitely NOT recommend CoolSculpting at Ageless Med Spa. To begin, I will tell you that I am 5'3 and I weigh 118 lbs. I teach 3-4 spin classes a week and I eat healthy, my tummy is my problem area and after 3 kids, it will not go away! The lady that works there said that I was the PERFECT candidate..
So, I went in for a consultation in March and ended up doing the treatment the exact same day. I waited the three months to see the difference, I really didn't notice a change, maybe a tiny bit. So, in May, I decided to go back for a second session (that is what was recommended). Again, I waited the three months and this time no change at all.
a unit and after all was said and done I look exactly the same. The filler she used that was supposed to last 18 months, you can't even tell it was injected with exceptions of bruises. When I asked to do more, fix it I was told she didn't have time.
Can I do zero stars?
I was concerned walking into to store front, I should have gone with my gut.
I specifically told them what I wanted and she did not do it, instead she told me I needed to spend $2100.0 for a cheek lift and when I said that wasn't in my budget she put 52 units of Botox at 12.50
I give them a negative zero review. Go somewhere else. They are a scam!!
I haven’t been here as of yet. But I am concerned about some of these negative reviews in which the “owner” did not post a comment. I highly doubt these people are making this up in such detail. I will not go to a place that has bad reviews. Most of the time customers are telling the truth. Thank you.
I had a Hydra Facial from Kristen (not sure if that is the correct spelling). She is awesome! She was very professional and knew what she was doing. My skin feels amazing! I will get this done again and again. You never want to get your hair styled by a person with bad hair, well Kristen is her own billboard, her skin is flawless. I will follow her skin care advice without hesitation. Ageless has great people working for them and they offer a large variety of services.
