There are plenty of ladies and gentlemen in the office to aid you with your needs. I never have to wait on the phone to speak with someone about any changes I need to make. I have had my insurance through Khalid for 9 years now! I would suggest that you request an email stating all that was added/changed just to make sure you/they understood each other as intended. Another time I remember trying to add my wife's car for a prospective discount and the trick he attempted playing on me was to bring my own payment down and increase her's by adding the discount he took out from my car monthly premiuim and adding it to her's.
Dodgy, poor service, over priced and never sends you anything except u keep pushing and pushing, when I got tired of chasing after him to get my policy/renewal all the time and decided to take up another insurance provider he decided to charge me $9.82 which he called an 'adjustment fee' stating that I never returned my rejection form to reject the PIP coverage
I have had all of my homeowner and car insurance through State Farm for over 35 years. About a year ago my long time agent retired and my policies were transferred to Khalid's State Farm office. I have been extremely pleased at the superior level of service and responsiveness from Khalid and his office team. Every question, every request has been handled promptly. I have referred several people to Khalid for their insurance needs and all have had a similar experience. He IS the guy to call for your insurance needs!
Great agent! Khalid and his staff has been so wonderful for our family. Always there to answer any questions. The staff is very quick to get back to me when I need something. I moved from another agent and it was the best decision for us. Very proud to have their office so close!
