Good helpful people and small post office. I love it
hands down by far one of the worst experiences i’ve had at this location. i was here about 3 days ago and it was about 445, and they closed at 5. i wanted to mail an important document that had to get there overnight, but they refused to serve me even though it didn’t close yet....smh
I am glad there is a Post office in the heart of Ace hardware. Employees have a happy and helpful attitude. It is always clean and well stock. I always find interesting novelties! Ace has added a clothing section and a chocolate gift section as well. I love this store!
I always go to the Ace over Lowe's, Home Depot etc. Best service available by highly knowledgeable staff. They answer every question I have and are always available. Post office in back is very convenient as well.
This is my third visit to this post office which is in the back of an Ace Hardware store in Cinco Ranch. Each time I get this sense that I'm not welcomed here. Rude and unfriendly customer service each time. It took me this final and third time to write a review since I'd wanted to give them a chance.
