JC Torres and his staff have harassed me for 18 months after I used his services to find an apartment. I now own a home and his staff continues to contact me about apartments and houses to rent. After many, many, MANY, calls to have them stop contacting me there has been no resolution. My last option? Call the BBB.

Marco Armas is an agent of your company. I have leased a house from him under your company and am 1 month away from the lease termination. He is trying to force me to add a lockbox to my rent house and I have a minor daughter here in the house with me. Sometimes I am not here and she is here alone. I have told him the the lockbox agreement must be modified to make damn sure no one shows the house while she is here alone. Yesterday he tried to get another agent to put a lockbox on the house without my consent. I told her not without written protection for my minor daughter. I told him - You can’t legally put a lockbox on this house without my permission. I have requested numerous times to have the lockbox consent changed to say no showings if my minor daughter is home alone. He has refused. That is completely unsafe and probably illegal.
Who wants to be hassles for years for services they don’t need?
