Went on a Sunday late afternoon. Wasn't too crowded. Loved the unique graphics for the bowling, the gravity ropes was surprising but worth it. Lazer tag could be better for group size, but still fun. The staff answered any questions we had, but weren't initially helpful. We had to do more asking than their traditional customer service offered without asking. While the appetizers came quickly, they are very overpriced for the portion size. The drinks are tasty but a little watered down. Still all in all great experience.
Attended a kids birthday party. It was coordinated well. No complaints but any place always has room for improvement. Tonight it was the loaded nachos.... who has nachos without the melted cheese all over it? I had to ask for a side of melted cheese. The nachos came with maybe two teaspoons of shredded cheese. It was a large order of loaded nachos. Otherwise, games, host, and drinks were all good.
Great facility. Need more staff and better customer skills for front desk. No reason to have so many staff around the facility while waiting forever in line just to get in. Staff walk by ignoring everyone. Otherwise it was fun, clean, and a nice time.
Terrible experience. Took my son for his birthday. $7 unlimited bowling? What a scam. We waited for lanes to be available. It took a while because current bowlers extended their bowling time. Now we finally have our lane. In the middle of our game, we were told to move and let others bowl. What? What was not explained is that one hour is allowed for a game and then allow others to bowl to be fair. So why are we not allowed to extend our time like others were allowed to? Why were we not allowed to complete a game? Unacceptable. We closed out, finished our video game play and left. The next day my account was billed multiple times for unexplained charges. I am working with my bank disputing these frivolous charges. MAIN EVENT NEVER AGAIN.
This is a really fun place with a large variety of stuff to do. My friends and I went and spent a lot of time in the arcade, which we really enjoyed. You can also bowl and order food and drinks. Definitely a good place to bring the kids if you need to keep them occupied but it doesn't have the Chuck-E-Cheese vibe to it, so adults with or without kids can enjoy it as well. Great for groups of people or for some kind of party. Recommended.
