Very poor costumer service from Stephen Bennett, that works there. Definetly not going back to Leslies again, after spending $ thousands over the years at various Leslies. Taking my business somewhere else. Rude response with my water analysis, pushed it back at me and refused to offer any guidance. I mentioned I once purchased Shock Trtmt from Costco (unused), which apparently struck a nerve...but he offered nothing further to help with water treatment, and Leslie's lost a good loyal customer. No reason that a Leslie's employee should be rude and unhelpful. I was eager to seek help, and buy corrective conditioners for my pool water, but his reaction and refusal to offer any help completely discouraged me. I left the store, and Leslie's for good.
No issues in my experience. To some extent I agree with the low scoring of the reviewers that there is room for improvement in customer service, greeting, cross-selling and upselling and smiles, i have visited the store a handful of times and perhaps since I typically know what I need and I am not necessarily emotionally needy I have no complaints. ...that's just me

Just spoke with a gentleman over the phone that said he doesn't think he can accept pictures through his email. SMH !!!! This was concerning a valve that I had taken a picture of and wanted to know if they had one or could point me in the right direction to get one. Customer service is not what it used to be.
