No notice, voicemail or signage to let people know the store was closing early. I wasted my evening trying to call and driving there during store hours only to find it locked during business hours.
I went to get a low cost hybrid bike for casual rides with my family. They treated me like I was buying a competition bike. They wanted to make sure it was a perfect fit for me and the right size. I would say that they were eager to help but not pushy at all. You cant beat their (2) free tune ups per year when you buy a bike from them either. I did not end up making the purchase because I wanted to see what else was out there but am headed back today confident that I am making a well informed decision from what seems like a stand up company!
The gentleman did not try to upsell us. We realize that we were new into cycling and he wanted to help us get what we needed in no more than just that. He encouraged us to do research and. He did not just try to sell us he tried to help educate us. I definitely will be going back for years to come. This company is a start up company from Waco. It is so much better in quality and education than their competitors. I believe that the hiring team makes a point to hire people that are educated in cycling. Which is much different than most other places. Wonderful set up her they offer you A lifetime of tuneups for your bicycle. In doing research I found that a tuneup after doing it twice cost almost as much as some new bicycles. Definitely have the best value for what you are buying.
Bicycle World is a great resource for Katy triathletes and cyclists. I brought my tri bike in for some maintenance on short notice before a competition. They turned the repair around in two hours. Technicians are very competent, prices are fair and the selection is outstanding.
Wanted to replace my trike tires (3) went in first Mr CB helped me. Blew out a rear tube went in on a Sunday. I wheeled in my bike gentleman meet me at the door wheeled I it in to the back then he asked what I needed. Great service. Said that they would start replacing the front tubes and back tire. Great work fast and efficient.
