i came to this bike barn with the expectation that it was going car salesman 2.0 but with bikes. however it was not the case for me as i came in with a damaged old schwin bike with little hopes that they could bring it back to life but thanks to eric not only did he get my bike up and running he also got me parts for my bike from other abandoned bikes so that i didn't have to pour out my little cash i had left into buying brand new parts. because of the actions he did i am now able to get to work and be somewhat mobile. When i get the money i will make sure to come back and bring more business to them as i feel at this location i am truly getting service from genuine professionals and great people!

A great bicycle shop with a full service repair shop that does reliable work. They also conduct rides out into the country side from the shop with different lengths and different degrees of difficulty. Good place to buy a new bike, get a tune up or buy a new tube.
Voicemail says it is closed for 4th of July but its November now. Drove over and there was just a little sign in the window about closing at 5pm instead of 7pm today. I would have been nice to have this info on the voicemail.
Just left this store. Service was impressive. I bought the bike from them more than 2 years ago. They told me that the manufacturer recommends bringing it back in 30 days later for a free adjustment. I've ridden quite a bit and never took it back for that adjustment. The chain has been slipping real bad (changing gears) for a few months. I thought because it was a Saturday that I would have to leave the bike with them. Maybe 2 or 3 minutes later they brought the bike back out. I thought they were going to tell me that I'd have to bring it back or leave it with them. Instead they said that it was fixed. When I asked how much I owe they said nothing. This is great customer service and made my day. Can't wait for my weekly long bike ride tomorrow! Thanks Jeff, Travis, and Jase for a job well done. I will buy more bikes from Bike Barn. You have definitely earned my business.
