Customer service at your best. Today, I went to drivers auto repair for my inspection and oil change and was totally impressed with clean, organized, friendly and trustworthy staff. They always have best deal for maintenance and repairs. Specially liked their customer friendly staff who go above and behond to made me satisfied on every visit. Service was quick and as promised. Besides that they have clean waiting room and kids friendly room for kids. The place was and experiences AWESOME! Keep up the good work guys.

I just moved to the area from out of state, needed basic oil change and state inspection for my car, received coupons in the mail and thought I'd try it. Take my car in early Saturday morning - I'm the only customer inside and there are only two cars being worked on so I think great, this will be quick! I give the staff my coupon, know I'll need six quarts of oil for my car instead of the five the coupon covers, no problem. I go sit to wait. First sign of problems was having to listen to a female garage worker (not the receptionist) cussing like nobody's business out in the cash register area for fifteen solid minutes while several staff are shooting the breeze. I'm not an innocent flower but it's inappropriate in a business setting and just not cool. After twenty-five minutes, my car is taken back. FIFTY minutes later, my oil is changed... then, they start on the inspection... after NINETY-FIVE minutes total, my BASIC oil change and inspection are done. I go to pay and it's significantly more than it should have been with the state inspection, basic oil change and extra charge for the additional quart of oil. I question this and am told my car takes a "special" oil filter that costs more. My car is FIVE years old and not once have I ever been charged extra for any "special" oil filter back home. In addition to the surprise, bogus charge for the filter, the manager proceeds to try and get me to pay for their special oil change package and I have to decline more than once, he then tells me he hopes they didn't keep me too long... I politely said well, I've been here over ninety minutes for an oil change and inspection to which he tries to convince me is completely normal. I promise, I don't have stupid stamped across my forehead and will NEVER go to ANY Drivers Auto again!

Drivers auto has given me the best experience on mechanic shops! No b's straight to the point. Quick and price is way below average. If you need work done on your vehicle I would take it here!

I went in to use an oil change from a purchased package. When I was checking out the manager said I had used all the oil changes and would not return my card (I should have had two left). He said he looked in the computer and I used all I had purchased. I explained a previous manager had given me additional free oil changes as an incentive to purchase the card. He repeated I used everything I paid for. I again explained I was given free changes on sticky notes attached to the card that I had used and did not know how things were entered into the computer. He again said my card was fine and would not return it shorting me two oil changes. I asked for the corporate phone number to complain about the situation and he said it wouldn't matter because he is the only person I could talk to. Horrible customer service!!!

I decided to try a different repair shop for my truck and I have found it. I went into Drivers Auto Repair yesterday for my oil change and I was amazed at the service. Everyone was extremely friendly and very informative. My truck was finished in a very reasonable time and the people in the front were very helpful. I needed front brakes and the price for the front Brakes was amazing. $225 for a brake job? I was shocked that it is that inexpensive. I will be bringing all my cars there from now on.
