This car was having a replaced transmission previously and took the car who replaced it. They looked at the card and why the transmission had failed, and it was the water pump which broke and lead to transmission heating. They charged $200 repair the water pump and I was back on road. I am glad I trusted local repair guy than these chain companies.
I have seen this place on Jun 17, 2017 for a transmission leak issue due to overload and hot weather. On Jun 16th evening, engine light was ON and I saw fumes coming under the hood on the previous night and transmission was leaking. I had to stop the car, until it cooled and left home. Technicians at Louetta diagnosed and as SES po700 at Sys Mal P0730 -- Incorrect Gear Ratio and they did not top off lost transmission oil, but charged me 110.00.

I feel that I was robbed. Took my car to the Louetta Automotive by Cardiff Ranch on 1463 to change an oil sensor. We were quoted $478. I trusted them and picked up the car and paid. We noticed the bill did not itemize labor and parts costs. I checked online and with a mechanic friend and learned that I was overcharged. We went back to discuss this to learn that they could charge about three times the cost of the parts, that their policy is to not provide itemized receipts, and that their policy is to charge 2.1 hrs of labor for this job that only takes from 30 mins to 1 hour. Buyer beware.

UPDATE - Visited Louetta Automotive again today (6/16) for another vehicle inspection. The staff is very friendly, helpful and fast. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Very Happy with the service.
