I do not know who the receptionist is,but I give her 5 stars.She made accommodations for dentist to see me today(same day).I thought that was super nice.The dentist was absolutely phenomenal.I had a tooth pulled and a crown added.I was comfortable the entire time.They then went over a plan to get my teeth back in tip top shape.Price was very reassuring and assistant explained the plan.This is definitely a 5 star dentist who has a wonderful team of ladies supporting him.Thank you!
Very thorough x-ray exam, cleaning and also very friendly staff. Dr Darling is by far the best dentist in Katy TX.
These guys are amazing. I really have never had a better experience at a dental office. The office is nice and clean and makes you feel valued as a customer. However, it's the staff that really makes this place shine. From the front desk to the chair you really feel not like a customer, more like a friend. It's uncommon. I'm not saying other dentists aren't nice I'm just saying these guys are family.
Absolutely the best dental experience I have had to date. Very honest, professional, interactive and knowledgeable. Learned a lot because he not only takes the time to explain but delivers it in a proficient manner. I highly recommend him... in fact I have already recommend two close people to him! Will be back.
