AMAZING!! I have had such great experience with them myself, so I decided to take my kiddo now that she is getting older (10 years old). She cried at first, being scared of the noises of the cleaning machine, but they were so great with her and within a short time, she felt more comfortable and went through the entire cleaning with no problem at all! She even enjoyed playing with/holding the tool that sucks the water out of your mouth. After the cleaning, Dr. Rob came in and made her laugh, told her jokes, explained where she needed to improve on her brushing techniques and when we left, she was so excited, she asked me when we are going back for another round!! I absolutely love their team and cannot thank them enough! BEST place EVER!!!
New patient with Dr. Lathrop, he was so great! The office is very welcoming and everyone is so nice. My hygienist Kelly was also very nice and so professional. Since I entered the clinic I felt very welcomed, I felt like they knew me and my family from forever ago and we were all new patients with them. It's the small things that make a dentist office so pleasing.
I had my very first visit at Lathrop Dental & might I say it was AWESOME! Super beautiful, clean, attractive office- very welcoming! The ladies in the front (I don't know how) but kept up with who I was, my son and my husband. They knew me by name and were so welcoming and nice. I was a complicated patient as I had to schedule and reschedule several times, not once where they rude, super kind and patient with me. Great front desk staff. Kelli was my hygienist & she was the best!! She was so great with dealing with me as a new patient- on top of that my gums were very sensitive and she was so kind and patient with my complaining. Very personable personality- Dr. Lathrop then came in and he too was nothing less than the best! He took the time to inform me on his recommendations, my issues with my gums, he prescribed me a tooth paste that is awesome. By far my favorite Dentist office! They make the dentist fun & different and have truly been a success! Love them!
Kelli was my hygienist and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was kind and gentle. I am 56 years old and have had many cleanings- this was the best ever. Dr. Rob was very kind and professional. He truly LISTENED to my wishes and explained my choices, yet I never felt pressured into anything. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Great, great experience.
I strongly recommend Dr. Lathrop to those patients who want a second opinion or those who know their teeth are bad.
Dr. Lathrop recently reconstructed my up jaw teeth, he suggested this surgery to me in my first visit to his office but I declined. A few months later one of my teeth broken from root and needed an implant. Also when eating dinner, I sometime grands my teeth which made so much noise it scared my wife. I agreed that I would be better off to do the reconstruction. I had two front teeth implants before, and I need two new implants in this surgery. I noticed that Dr. Lathrop is a perfectionist when he was doing the surgery.
The results is beyond my expectation, as it not only fixed all my problems and make me feel better, it also, told by my friends, makes me looks younger.
