After many hundreds of dollars and a consistent good dry cleaning experience with MW Cleaners I received back one of my more expensive Hermes with a horrible tear in the forearm. Based on my past experience with them I expected a fair outcome. They initially took responsibility for the damage tried to repair it unsuccessfully, and took weeks to research and deliberate only to have the sticker shock of the shirt's retail cost hit them where they quickly retreated and offered me pennies on the dollar in store credit as compensation claiming the shirt was "falling apart already". It's a shame to patronize an establishment with your hard earned money only to be treated poorly when they damage your property. I will no longer do business with a company that does not take responsibility for their actions and treats their customers and their belongings as expendable.

Love this Cleaners ?? The staff is great, so friendly, willing to help and answer questions. The facility is so clean . My clothes are always cleaned and hung profesionaly . My facility is in Katy on FM 1463 at Firethorne . Recommend to everyone that wants Clothes done right and excellent Customer Service.
