Theater was hot. We were sweating. Women's restroom was disgusting. Couldn't find a stall without pee and with toilet paper. Encountered blood all over one stall. Complained to guest services and they couldn't care less. Never going back.
Despite our movie being a PG-13 movie, a couple with a young child was sold seats in the row behind ours. The young child talked and screamed incessantly while the rest of us struggled to hear the movie. The child ran up and down the row with no attempt from the parents to control the situation. People left the theatre to try to find some manager to intervene, but none was found. Finally, I stood up and loudly told the parents to take their child out of the theater. This was a failure in parenting and a failure in theater management. I doubt that anyone enjoyed the movie. After the movie was over, I spent some time trying to find a manager, but no manager appeared to be available.
Wanted to buy a drink, got in line. Was first person in line. Someone came up to the "members only" separate line and was helped first. Then another person went to that line and got helped before me. And then another person. After the fourth time this happened I got out of line and got a refund for my ticket. Will not be returning as long as this is a thing.
This movie theatre has been recently remodeled with comfortable recliner seats plus now you can also purchase and reserve your seats online. Not entirely sure if all areas have been updated at this moment; restroom areas would greatly benefit from some revamping as well. Early birds are rewarded with great ticket pricing for their earliest screening times. Be prepared to pay should you decide to go at night. There is a bar area in the lobby that includes a TV screen should you want to grab a drink and catch how the game is going. I highly recommend joining their rewards program which include perks such as waived online convenience fees, free birthday popcorn plus rewards obtained from your purchases. Reward members also enjoy refills on sodas and popcorn. Facility is clean and crew is very friendly. Highly recommend as an affordable option as long as you go the right days at the right times.
This theater is very comfortable. The seats are the best declining seats I’ve ever sat in at a theater. The atmosphere is calm and in the evening the entire complex is quiet.
