I don't go here very often but the few times I have gone have always been good. The location here is a good one, right off I-10 and 99. There are a lot of different entrances to get in, so you don't have to fight a lot of traffic. They also have very comfortable seating in the theater.
Cinemark 19 is the best theater! The screens are large and well placed to allow you to see well no matter what side of the theater you are sitting on. The recliners are so comfortable.. much nicer than other Cinemarks in Houston. I️ live closer to another but drive the 15 miles just to enjoy this theater!
Great prices in comparison to other nearby theaters. Make sure to get tickets ahead of time for popular movies as it can sell out several showings ahead of time. Learned this the hard way. The seats are great, they recline, have tons of leg room, are really soft and are paired every two seats so the armrest can be swung up and away to have more of a sofa feel.
An excellent theatre, where every seat is reserved in advance, and every seat is an electric recliner. I have seen the future of movie-watching, and it is good. They get 5 stars because of 2 things: One, they added a bar to compete better with Alamo Drafthouses and others like them, and two, Cinemark finally ended their really stupid no refills policy on drinks. When you pay that much for carbonated water and syrup, a refill should have been allowable in the first place. Still, a really nice experience.
Great atmosphere, but the 5:30 feature, the floors were filthy. When we walked in someone had spilled popcorn all over the floor and when we left it was still there. This also included the rows between aisles, there was trash everywhere
