This place seems great! The staff was friendly and helpful. I do have to emphasize that they do not offer any dog food with grains. All of the brands are grain free.
They keep getting me to want to come back, the drive for me is a little distant but I found a dog food brand I can't get anywhere closer and has been the best for my dogs. But even if I could go somewhere closer, I'd probably still give them my business because you can't beat their customer service. Someone always greets you and offers to help with anything when you're there. But not in a pushy way, if you say "no"" they leave you alone :) If they aren't busy, they offer to carry my 40lb dog food to the counter and to my car. They have also been able to answer my questions and take their time explaining. It's not just one or two staff members, it's been everyone.
Always friendly and helpful. Owner is very knowledgeable about all kinds of animals. They take good care of the pets they sell and are there for you afterwards if ever you have any questions.
Family owned and operated. Good variety of choices for various pets. Able to care for my dogs, cat, and cavie all in one stop. Can get pricey, but I prefer to support local businesses.
