Liked it. I needed fresh water fish for my aquarium. Prices and varieties were good. Planning to get more fresh water fish from there.
Had a small grievance. Rectified. Owner is lovely and all my prior experiences have been positive. Good recommendations from the staff for our pooch. Love the dirty dog wash. Makes washing so much easier. Appreciate the call. Thank you.
The staff is OUTSTANDING! They are knowledgeable, friendly and overly helpful. We have just started down the allergy road with both or dogs and were told by the vet to change food. Going in here I halfway knew what i was looking for but the staff COMPLETELY educated me on the brands, their options and what was popular and why. Thank you all! Need more businesses dedicated to customer service like this one!
us or my kids like the way she treated us(RUDE). she don't talk to customer nicely. in short she don't VALUE customer's. just lost a customer. and 1 time whene my son was still 2 years old he peed in the store and my wife cleaned it. and the manager said "it's ok" and when i talk to the manager she is complaining about it. and she said that even the owner is complaining about my son. so that means the mnager and the owner is just watching my son only my son? anyway. one day the maager will also have kid's and hope that she and her kids will not experience what she did to my kid's.
Love this store. They have great prices on dog food and the service is great. We had been buying dog food off of amazon, but Pet Supplies Plus has better prices and supporting a local business is always a plus. They have dog wash stations that are great for washing my larger two dogs.
the manager is rude and unproffesional. don't even deserve 1 star. we've been to all of the petshop around katy. they never treat
