Very rude manager her name is Christine or christy . I shop there almost every weekend , I came to return a dress that did not fit me and lost the receipt but the tags were on it and I used my rewards when I purchased it . So I went in and the manager was very rude right off the bat , she found the purchase on my rewards and said "if it was marked down then you can't get the full price when u bought it " but very rudly and I said okay thats fine . Well I guess she got upset when it wasn't marked down and said "THIS IS THE LAST TIME YOU RETURN SOMETHING WITHOUT A receipt" like uhm isn't there proof that I bought the dress ? She was very disrespectful. I wish to speak to someone above her.
Worst customer service ever! To the girl who was working in the shoe area today (2/11/17) at around 6:30pm! Why don't you just quit since you obviously hate your job! I don't shop here often but because of her I'll never step foot at the Katy mills location again! I wish I knew her name! To bad I can't give this location zero stars cause I would. Who ever the manager is really needs to evaluate who they hire.
I WISH I COULD GIVE A 0 BUT I CAN'T. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, MANAGER CHRISTIE SUPER RUDE. I ASKED IF SPENDING 1,000 DOLLARS WORTH OF THEIR NERCHANDISE WAS THERE ANY TYPE OF MERCHANT DISCOUNT, SHE MADE A TERRIBLE FACE AND ATTITUDE ALMOST LAUGHING SAYING NO. AND SECOND I PICKED SOME CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE, DID THE VERY LONG LINE AND WHEN FINALLY GOT THERE THE REGISTER, THE CASHIER TOLD ME THE SALE OF 40% EXTRA IN CLEARANCE WAS OVER, ALTHOUGH THERE WAS STILL A SIGN OFFERING THAT. I SHOWED IT TO THE MANAGER AND SHE TOLD ME NO. THEY DID NOT HONORED THE SIGN, THEY DIDN'T APOLOGIZE OR ANYTHING. I HOPE JHON WON THE OWNER REALIZE WHO IS IN CHARGE OF ONE OF HIS STORES AND JULIO DISTRICT MANAGER , I HOPE HE COULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT TOO.
Horrible customer service. Pricing and the clothes have nothing to do with how the employees treat their customers. The store managers will not lift a finger to go above and beyond for customers.
Horrible management !! Don't waste you're time trying to return anything because they'll say it's worn!!
