I have had and continue to have such an amazing and pleasant experience at this hospital. I have two rabbits that Dr. Choice and his team take excellent care of. I have never waited more than a few min in the waiting room or on the phone. Everyone is extremely kind, caring and knowledgeable. Appointments are flexible and outside of normal business hours which is extremely important for those of us that work. Searching for the perfect vet can be a stressful experience. I am so glad I took a chance on Dr. Choice and his team. They genuinely care for you and your animals. Thank you so much for everything you have done for our fur babies!
The level of detail and care this vet provides is top notch. My sister's boyfriend had a traumatic experience getting his dog spayed and she didn't make it (not here). But this story put me on high alert for Pickles and I did as much research as possible before landing here. All of the assistants and vet techs and veterinarians were so detailed and walked me through the entire process of her spay. Honestly, I don't get this type of care and attention from my doctor! I received phone calls right before and directly after updating me on Pickles' spay and when I came to pick her up...the veterinarian had her all swaddled up in her blanket I brought and carried her in!! Cannot put a price tag on these folks, as I know my baby is being cared for in the same way I'd care for her. All pets has a client for life with us. Thanks so much everyone for making this an easy and smooth process.
Not glad we had an emergency, nor am I glad there was a flood, but I AM so grateful to have found a new vet to look after my kiddos.
What do I start with. Losing a pet is overly depressing but the staff here and the doctors are above amazing they made me and my little man Oliver feel comfortable the whole time. I can not remember the nurses name who took my little guy but all I can say is thank you. She kissed him and scratched him the whole time. Thank you All pets animal hospital. I know he was comfortable and loved the whole time.
We have been clients of this amazing facility for 3 years. Before we had our dog I called and visited various clinics in the Katy area and I was very impressed by the quality of care and compassion the staff seemed to have here. I am so glad I chose All Pets to be our dog's vet clinic. From the first day we picked up our puppy to the last day we went to the office, we have had the most amazing care. Our dog had a patella surgery over the summer followed byt platelet rich plasma injections, laser and water therapy. We've been at the office for lots of different reasons from routine exams, teeth cleanings, boarding, grooming and even just to purchase our prescription dog food and preventatives. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and they will call you back after each appointment to check on your pet. We recently moved overseas and the amount of paperwork and tests required for importing pets was tremendous but Dr Choyce handled it with ease and helped us get to our destination. We look forward to coming back to the states again to live as we know we have our dog's care already taken care of with this awesome veterinarian office!
What I thought would be a one time visit has now turned in to me leaving my old vet. Not because Harvey has shut his office down until he rebuilds, but because we feel as though these people are actually looking out for our animals wellbeing and not just out to make money. Now looking back at my usual vet, I kind of feel cheated on the last visit - but live and learn.
We already have a vet in the area but needed one after the flood as my usual vet had flooded. We called and were seen immediately on Saturday. Love the staff and their friendly attitudes. I can call if I am concerned and they don't try to get me to bring my animal in but talk through the symptoms first.
