I purchased an item at this store and was appalled at the rudeness I received after the sale. After faithfully paying for over a year and losing my job, I had a hard time making payments until the 3rd of the month, payments due on the 1st.
Awful service! They told me they would be here by 3pm to pick up washer and dryer so I took off from work to be here when they would get here and they never showed up. So when I called, I spoke with Carlos and he was very unprofessional and said oh well they will be there before 4. I couldn't be here at 4 because I had to be back at work so now I have to take another day off of work to do this all over again. I've always given Aarons a good review but now I am very disappointed with their customer service and won't be using them again.
This place has subpar furniture and It is highly overpriced. They rented me a USED BED and priced it as NEW. The "manager named Dan" is extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked them NUMEROUS times to pick up the furniture, scheduled a time/day and they did not show up or call. Then, Dan called and left me a nasty message. AARON'S HAS A SERIOUS LACK OF INTEGRITY! Do not waste your time or money. Did I say "Very cheap quality being rented at extremely high prices!"
I got another job, told them I can't answer my phone at work, yet they still harass and are very ugly about it.
"Pay your bill on time and we won't call" is the only answer they have when I explain my problem and make arrangements for the next day in most cases.
DON'T USE THIS AARONS! THEY HAVE NO APPRECIATION FOR CUSTOMERS!
I explained this to them, yet they still call me 5 times a day, if I don't answer even one call then they start calling my friends and family by the 2nd.
I have to disagree. Dan was extremely helpful and great to deal with. I even told him about his negative reviews, and he remained positive with nothing negative to say. And the staff is friendly and very attentive! Yall must have had your stuff re-poed....
I have had an excellent experience at this store. Everyone is so nice and competent. Also , I only needed 1 piece of furniture and many places will only sell you a whole room or package , but they were willing to deliver 1 piece of furniture ( a bed) and they delivery guys were wonderful! I highly recommend this Aarons
