The customer service was amazing. From the moment we walked in the door the staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to shop in peace and take our time making a decision with no pressure to buy. We made the choice to purchase our sectional a few days later and I was able to call over the phone and make the down payment and my husband made the remainder on the day it was picked up. They were efficient in their email communication as far as payment receipts and letting us know when our sectional arrived in store. We will be purchasing again in the future.

I decided to purchase a simple yet beautiful desk for my daughter after we looked at the store's website. We would've been called to pick it up (you are given the delivery or pick up options), but then this very charming lady staff named Jamie went the extra mile to see if it was already available in the store at that time. She was just so warm and personal in her service to us, from her facial expressions to the tone of her voice. She was also very professional and knowledgeable in giving instructions about warranty, returns, etc. Anyway, so we were given instructions to drive to the back of the store where yet another staff (didn't get his name) was also very personal and warm in loading the box of the desk onto our vehicle.
Carlene was very helpful from the start until we finished. The guys that delivered and put together my daughter's bedroom set were very polite. She is very happy with the set and I will be back to purchase again for my other daughter.

Awesome Experience!!! John is a GREAT pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable about the products, and not pushy on sales. He allows you time to browse without hounding you. Their products are very "inexpensive" and good quality. I would recommend them to anyone looking for furniture. The payment options make it easy to buy with out breaking the bank. All the employees seemed to be focused on their work but they were all still hilarious and helpful as well. The best part was they waited for me when they should have been closed and I needed to pick up my merchandise...
