Awful experience.. as a customer I feel betrayed. The seller sold me a bedroom set which he ensured it was THE SAME as the one they had in the store, but in a different color.. we spent time looking for the exact color, so I could be sure what I was buying. He ensured several times that it was the same as the one I was seeing in the store. I waited 2 weeks for the delivery and they delivered a similar bedroom set, but not the one I had chosen. I realized in minutes after delivery. I called customer services right away. I explained they delivered a different bedroom set, even spoke to the seller. They told me they will contact me on Monday because it was a Saturday. Nobody called. I went to the store. The seller was honest and recognized in front of the manager he had told me "it was the same" with those exactly words. They did not even care. The manager had to talk to the owner and they will call me at certain time. Nobody called me of course. It is evident this company is not serious at all. I called them and they did no want to take responsibility for the mistake. I was not even asking for a refund just to do an exchange and they said I had to keep it.
We had never been to Katy Furniture before... heard about it through word of mouth. The moment we walked in the salesman was very friendly but let us have our space. Know his stuff and was very helpful.
On a small different not we had a little problem with our master bedroom set.. the headboard was cracked. But when calling the customer serve and talking to Tiffany.. she was more than helpful and told us all about the options we could take to fix it. Plus she emailed/talked us back with a very well timed manner. Thank you!
I lost $1400, but this company lost much more because HONESTY and RESPECT are much values than anything else. TERRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This is the most friendliest furniture place there is. I’m glad I was referred here from my co worker. The atmosphere is so pleasing. Christina was very helpful and informative, I kept Becky laughing.. she was also a great help! Gabby had great customer service. Great business! Keep up the great work
The sales manager walked me to to the salesperson, Mr Robbie. He immediately asked what I may be helped with, he was very polite and personable. I came in for an entertainment center he showed me several options from their man car are which was very nice. I applied for financing and was quickly approved, I was helped by Holly the finance manager who was just wonderful. I would definitely recommend Katy Furniture for all of your furniture needs. I know I will be back in the future.
Katy Furniture is AMAZING!!! Huge selection of awesome quality furniture!! Much better quality than Rooms to Go!! You cannot beat these prices!! Great quality wood furniture that is so hard to find these days. Huge variety of styles!! I just wish we would have saved our time and energy and just came here first! Crystal was so helpful and kind!! Will definitely shop here again!!
We had the furniture delivered to our house. Very well mannered young men did an awesome job bring in our furniture and was very fast.
